All orders must be paid in full before production begins
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded

4. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the custom nature of our products:

All sales are final
We do not offer returns or refunds

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not fit properly, please contact us. Once verified, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
